If the Data Subject sends his/her CV or personal data by any of the possible means in the "Join Us" section, Santander Digital Services will process the personal data in order to evaluate and manage the job application and, where appropriate, carry out the necessary actions for the selection and recruitment of the candidate when Santander Digital Services has a vacancy to fill that fits their profile. The lawful basis for processing the personal data necessary to participate in the process is the execution of pre-contractual measures.

As a general rule, Santander Digital Services will process the following personal data of the Data Subject depending on the purposes for which the processing is necessary:

VI.- How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for the period necessary to manage the service requested. Subsequently, the personal data will be kept blocked for the period necessary for the establishment, exercise and defence of any claims that may arise from their processing.

In the event of participation in the selection process, Santander Digital Services will keep the candidates’ data for a maximum period of 18 months from the date the CV is sent.

If the Data Subject exercises his or her right to erasure, the personal data will be blocked for a period of three years, which is the limitation period for serious data protection actions.

VII.- Will your data be disclosed?

We wish to expressly inform you that users’ personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, nor will it be subject to international transfers to third countries or international organisations except as expressly indicated in the Cookies Policy, which will apply in the event that the Data Subject has given their consent, and in the Privacy Policy “Introduce Yourself, which will apply in the case of participation in selection processes through the “Join Us” section.
